从“三善”看新时期党管媒体的与时俱进

摘　　要："善待媒体、善用媒体、善管媒体"方针的提出,是新时期党管媒体原则的与时俱进。这就要求各级党委、政府和领导干部要全面地认识和发挥新闻媒体的社会职能和主体地位,改善党对新闻媒体的领导方式;要按照新闻传播规律办事,在运用媒体的方式上由宣传本位向新闻本位转变;同时,各级宣传管理部门要按照法制化管理、分类管理和加强行业监督与自律的原则,切实规范媒体行为,优化新闻事业的发展环境。To be good at with and treat and control the media by the party,it＇s the principle of the Party control over media and keeping pace with the times.Party committees and governments at all levels fully recognize and give full scope to social functions and predominant role of media,improve leadership style by the Party to media.We should proceed in accordance with the law of news communication,change propagate standard to news standard in using media.At same times,propagate management would manage on the basis of law and classification,strengthen trade supervision and self-discipline in media,regulate media behavior,promote a healthy development of news institutions.
