摘 要:茶是文化的载体,与劳动人民的生活息息相关,不仅体现着一种文化理念和文化传统,也以经济的形式支撑着社会经济的发展。崂山作为我国著名的旅游胜地,凭借其道教传统文化底蕴及优美的地理环境,大力发展茶文化产业,茶产业经济已成为其文化产业中的重要经济现象。但由于崂山茶是我国江北区纬度较高、种植较晚的北方茶,在当前中国茶业发展混乱落后的情况下,也存在着许多问题。应在崂山茶文化产业发展的宗旨和原则指导下,采取措施建设崂山茶文化,形成独具特色的崂山茶文化品牌,推进崂山茶文化走向世界。As a carrier of culture,tea is closely linked with the social life of working people;it not only reflects the cultural idea and cultural tradition,but also promotes the development of social economy.Laoshan Mountain is a famous tourist resort in China,and based on its traditional Taoist culture and geographical environment,tea industry becomes the important economic phenomenon in its culture industry.However,as Laoshan Mountain is located at topographic latitude,Laoshan tea belongs to the northern tea,whose planting is relatively late.There are some problems in northern tea market,such as the disorder of competition and vagueness of brands.In order to promote the Laoshan tea culture to the world,we should establish a unique brand of Laoshan tea culture.
