关于大学文化提升城市文化的调查与思考——以青岛市为例

摘　　要：大学文化对城市文化有着重要的提升作用,目前青岛市对大学文化之于城市文化的提升作用还没有一个清晰的认识,缺乏社会整体的认同和普遍自觉的行动,没能充分利用城市里大学文化资源的个性优势,丰富城市文化内涵,强化城市文化功能;在引导城市文化与大学文化的互动发展方面,缺乏确保两种文化关系良性、互动运转的机制;在发挥大学文化的提升作用方面,没有相应规章制度的引导和约束,未形成被社会广泛接受的行动规范和准则,也导致了青岛城市文化与大学文化建设各自平行推进。为此应在理念层面提高认识,操作层面采取尽快建立完善信息交流平台、实现高校文化资源社会共享、突出大学文化提升城市文化的着力点、加强大学建设等措施。College culture plays an important role in upgrading city culture,about which,however,the government of Qingdao has not got a clear understanding up to now.Without overall social recognition and universal conscious actions,the specific advantages of college culture is not fully used to enrich urban culture and strengthen the cultural functions of the city;an appropriate mechanism to guide the interactive development of city culture and college culture is not formed;on the aspect of putting the upgrading functions of college culture into effect,there is also no corresponding regulatory guidance and constraints to ensure the healthy relationship and good work between the two cultures.Thus,we propose that the government should deepen their knowledge at the conceptual level,establish a sound platform of information exchanges at operational level,in order to make college cultural resources shared by the society,highlight college culture＇s function on upgrading city culture,and strengthen the construction of universities.
