电焊作业的安全防护措施探析

摘　　要：电焊工在进行电焊作业时,那些有毒有害气体、弧光辐射、粉尘、噪声等对身体健康和安全造成了极大的危害。如何降低危害程度,拟从两个方面进行论述:一是要从自身做起,接受岗前培训,提高自我安全防护意识;二是必须掌握扎实的专业知识和技术,了解电焊机的结构和性能,严格执行安全操作规程,才能做到防患于未然。During welding , welders are suffering from the toxic and harmful gases, arc radiation, dust and noise which cause great harm on workers＇ health. In order to lower the hazard , we should obtain the pre -job training and increase the sense of self--protection. Secondly, we must have the professional knowledge and skills to understand the structure and performance of electric welding machines. We must strictly implement the specification of safe operation to prevent possible dangets.
