摘　　要：我国的成年人监护制度还很不完善。我们应当顺应国际社会成年人监护制度改革的趋势,引入先进的监护理念,通过明确立法指导思想和重点,科学选择立法体例和立法模式,扩大成年被监护人范围,细化监护层次和具体内容,明确监护人资格、范围和顺序,完善监护启动及终止程序,建立监护监督制度。对我国成年人监护制度进行大规模的修改与完善,为《民法典》的制订打好基础。The adult guardianship system in China is far from being perfect.We shall follow the trend of reform concerning adult guardianship system in the world,introduce the advanced guardianship concept,legally define the guiding principles and focus,select the scientific legislative pattern and mode,expand the scope of adult guardianship,specify the guardianship categories and content,clarify the qualification,scope and rank of the guardians,improve the commencement and termination of the guarding procedures,and establish the guardianship monitoring system.The fundamental revision and improvement of the adult guardianship system can lay a solid foundation for the legislation of Civil Code.
