摘  要:研究表明:纯β型半水石膏在养护和烘干条件下能产生最大膨胀率为0400%的微膨胀;高铝水泥适合作石膏型膨胀材料;确定了用于补偿锌合金收缩的膨胀石膏型材料的组分及较优配比。研究了膨胀石膏型的膨胀规律、抗压强度和膨胀机理,生成钙矾石是高铝水泥石膏型产生膨胀的主要动因。用所开发的膨胀石膏型浇铸制作肥皂盒的锌合金模具,较好地解决了锌合金的凝固收缩问题。Abstract One important way to solve mould contraction of zinc based alloy is to use expansive gypsum.On the base of a number of experiments,the result is that the expansion in minor quantities (up to 0 400%) of β type pure plaster under the conditions of curing and drying can occur and the high aluminum cement is suitable as an expansive material of gypsum mould.According to feature of zinc based alloy,the main composition and optimal ingredient of expansive gypsum have been determined and the expansive law,compression strength and the mechanism of expansion were also studied,the formation of goldmanite is the cause of the expansion for high aluminum cement gypsum mould.As a result,the mould contraction of zinc based alloy can be solved successfully by using expansive gypsum mould obtained in this paper,this has been confirmed by the results of experiment with a casting of zinc based alloy mould of Luxi soap box.
