摘  要:用XRD和SEM研究了在真空中频感应炉中熔制的Nd13Fe81.5B5.5合金在受热和非受热条件下的吸氢特点、吸氢产物的相组成和微结构,结果表明,该合金吸氢产物主相为NdH2.9和αFe,并有微量Fe2B和Fe2Nd。非受热吸氢合金中,NdH2.9在富钕的晶界上形成;受热吸氢合金则在晶界和晶粒内部都可形成NdH2.9。实验得出:770℃下吸氢3h可获得高质量钕的氢化物。The hydrogenation characteristics of unheated and heated Nd 13 Fe 81 5 B 5 5 alloys melted in a vacuum mid frequency induction furnace, and the phase compositions and microstructures of the hydrogenated products have been investigated using XRD and SEM. It is found that the main in the hydride phases are NdH 2 9 , α Fe, and trace Fe 2B and Fe 2Nd. The NdH 2 9 phase forms only in the Nd rich boundaries of the unheated alloy, and heated alloy the NdH 2 9 phase is also present within the grains. High grade hydride can be attained if hydrogenated Nd Fe B at 770℃ for 3h.
