摘　　要：本文通过实测多种条件下补焊灰口铸铁的热循环曲线,系统分析了各种焊接工艺条件采用同质铸铁焊条所焊铸铁焊缝及其半熔化区的白口组织的形成和分布的影响规律,首次提出了判断白口形成的冷速判据——t和t_(8.5),为实际焊接灰口铸铁防止白口组织提供了简便可行的方法.Various curves of weld thermal cycle of cast iron are measured in this paper and the effect of different welding conditions on the formation of white cast iron in weld and partial melting region with the electrode compositions similar to base metal is analyzed. The simple method with two criteria of t700 and (8/5 to prevent the microstructure from white cast iron for practical repair welding of cast iron is firstly proposed.
