摘　　要：本文从介绍党刊的宗旨、定位、作用和历史入手,阐述了引导舆论是党刊天生的使命。全国各家党刊,在新的历史条件下,传承历史精髓,强化内在质量,提升竞争优势,通过超前策划、宣传典型、践行"三贴近"、有效覆盖、扩大平台、培育队伍六个方面的实践,有效地提高了党刊引导舆论的能力,使党刊始终成为高扬舆论的旗帜、真实可信的源泉、凝聚人心的平台。This paper elaborates that the guidance of public opinion was the party publication inborn mission by the introduction to Party publication＇s objective,location,function and history.Various party publications home and abroad,under the new historic condition,inherit historical essence,strengthen intrinsic quality,promote competitive advantage through plans,propagate models,and fulfil＂three closeness to＂,effective cover and platform expansion.
