摘　　要：介绍了异形螺杆数控铣削加工中应用无瞬心包络原理的理论与实践。考虑到此类工件的特殊和难度而提出的加工原理、机床结构及数控程序的编制均经过了实验室考验，并已得到了多家企业的应用。This paper introduces a principle and practice on milling special shaped spiral rod with non instantaneous pole envelope method. Thinking over particularity and difficulty of this kind of workpieces, the machining theory, machine tool structure and CNC program are advanced. These have been verified and used in a number of works.
