摘　　要：本文报告了几种吲哚类化合物(长春碱、吲哚美辛、褪黑素、靛玉红、菲并吲哚里西定类生物碱等)抗肿瘤作用的研究现状,并对其抗肿瘤作用机理和药理活性进行了对比分析,研究结果表明吲哚类化合物对许多癌症的治疗都有很好的疗效,其抗肿瘤效果也很明显,因此对吲哚类化合物的合成、设计以及药理药效的研究有着重要的意义,在分子水平上对其抗肿瘤机理进行研究和探讨有助于人们对生命科学有较深层次的理解.The current situation of anti-tumor investigation about some indole compounds （vinblastine,indomethacin,melatonin,thalidomide and so on）was reported,and their anti-tumor mechanism was compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the anti-tumor effect of indole compounds is evident,and these investigations are very significant.Therefore,it is of great significance to design and pharmacological efficacy of indole compounds,and it is instrumental to explore their anti-tumor mechanism on molecular level.
