高温胁迫对18个冬小麦品种色素含量的影响

摘  要:植物在生长发育过程中往往会受到各种非生物因子的胁迫,其中温度是影响植物生长的主要因子.以18个冬小麦品种为材料,在幼苗期用40度的高温处理,研究高温对冬小麦品种幼苗叶片色素含量的影响.结果表明,经过高温处理的18个冬小麦品种的叶绿素含量都呈增加的趋势,其增加的机理可能是由于高温抑制了幼苗的生长速度,导致叶绿素含量相对增加了.作为保护性色素,高温处理诱导了叶片的花青素和类胡萝卜素含量的增加.不同的品种对高温胁迫的反应程度不同.Plant usually gets all kinds of non-creatures faetor’s influence in the growth process,of which temperature is the main factor affecting plant growth.18 varieties of winter wheat were used in theexperiment,the seedling were treated with temperature of 40 ℃,and we studied the effect that high temperature treatments on photosynthesis-relaced indicators in winter wheat seedling.The results showed that high temperature treatment of 18 winter wheat varieties were tested increasing tend in chlorophyll content,the increased mechanism may be the fact that high temperature restrained the growth rate of seedling so that the chlorophyll content was increased.As a protective,high temperature induced flower pigment and carotenoid increased content .Different varieties for the coercion of high temperature response to different degrees.
