摘　　要：以GIS应用为出发点,在插件技术和框架技术的基础上,对GIS插件进行分类和建模,在此模型基础上,研究了插件的结构定义及其描述信息的形式化表达。最后在插件式GIS应用框架的基础上实现了城市规划成果管理信息系统桌面原型系统,同时,实现了插件的加载流程以及GIS应用框架的生成过程,验证了插件式GIS应用框架的实用性。With GIS application as a starting point,as well as on the basis of the plug-in technology and framework technology,the GIS plug-in can be classifed and modeled,and on the basis of this model,the study about the structure definition and the formal expression of description information of the plug-in has been done.On the foundation of frame application of plug-in of GIS,the desktop prototype system of city planning achievement management information system was accomplished,the plug-in＇s load circuit was fulfilled,and the practical of plug-in programme of GIS＇s was verified.
