浅谈农村土地调查图件的编制

摘　　要：为了有利于农村土地调查图件制作、编辑和数据建库建设,本文根据福建省各地在开展第二次全国土地调查农村土地调查工作中,关于农村土地调查图件所应包含的图种,以及各类有关图种制作、编辑形成的基本方法和过程进行一些讨论。同时也对乡(镇)级土地利用现状图和县级以上土地利用现状图的编辑方法进行简要介绍和探讨,并就MapGIS、ArcGIS两种平台在农村土地调查图件制作、编辑工作中的各自优势提出一些看法。In order to facilitate making and editing of land resources surveying pictures of rural areas, and constructing of relevant data warehouse, this paper has undertaken some discussions about types of indispensable land resources surveying pictures, and about basic methods and processes in terms of various picture making and editing, in line with the investigation results when Fujian Provincial Government took the Second National Rural Areas Land Resources Investigation. This paper has also undertaken brief introductions and probes into editing methods concerning current land utilization maps for township-level and county-level governments. Furthermore, this paper has discussed respective advantages of MapGIS and ArcGIS platforms in terms of making and editing of land resources surveying pictures of rural areas.
