摘 要:采用高温淬火、退火等方法研究了变质M2高速钢中共晶碳化物在加热时的团球化过程.随加热温度的提高和保温时间的延长,碳化物的团球化是通过碳化物层片的聚集与粗化、共晶碳化物网的熔断和球化、晶内二次碳化物的弥散析出与长大实现的;在此基础上建立了共晶碳化物的粗化、聚集和二次碳化物长大的动力学模型,推导出碳化物长大的瞬时速度公式;计算表明,碳化物的团球化受合金元素的扩散速度、碳化物的形貌、加热温度等动力学因素控制;The spheroidizing procedure of the eutectic carbide in the modified M2 steel during heatingwas investigated with the methods of high temperature quenching and annealing. The lamellar eutecticcarbide was gradually spheroidized with increasing holding time and heating temperature through coars-ening and accumulating of eutectic carbide, dissolving and breaking up of net-work eutectic carbide, andprecipitating and coarsening of secondary carbide. The dynamic models for the coarsening and accumu-lating of eutectic carbide, and the coarsening of secondary carbide in high speed steel were built, andwith which, the growing transient velocity equations of carbide were deduced. The equations show thatthe spheroidizing velocity was controlled by the diffusion coefficients of alloy elements, the morphology ofeutectic carbide, and heating temperature. The mechanism of modification enhancing the spheroidizing ofeutectic carbide in M2 steel was discussed.
