摘  要:通过选取1日龄192羽健康AA肉鸡(公母各半),随机分为4组:对照组(饲喂基础日粮)、试验1组、试验2组和试验3组,各试验组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的稻草菌糠,研究不同添加剂量对AA肉鸡生长性能和内分泌代谢的影响,并确定最适添加比例.结果表明:①与对照组相比,49日龄时,试验1组体增重提高6.24%(P<0.05),采食量提高6.74%(P<0.01);②血清中T3、T4、胰岛素水平试验组不同程度的显著性高于对照组.说明在基础日粮中添加0.5%的稻草菌糠能有效地提高AA肉鸡的生长性能和调节其内分泌代谢.192 one-day-old AA broiler chickens (equal numbers of male and female) were randomly divided into 4 groups. Control group was fed basal diets, test group Ⅰ , test group Ⅱ and test group Ⅲ were fed basal diets added 0.50%, 1.0% and 2.0% straw-fungus chaff respectively. The effects of different amounts of straw-fungus chaff on growth performance and endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chick- ens was studied and the optimum addition was also determined. Results showed that. O Compared with control group, on 49-day-old, body weight gain of chickens in test group Ⅰ increased by 6.24% significantly (P〈0.05), feed intake of chickens in test group Ⅰ increased by 6.74% extremely significantly (P 〈0.01). ② The levels of Tg, T4 and insulin in the serum of test groups were in different degree significantly higher than those of control group. It indicated the basal diets added 0. 5 % straw-fungus chaff could effectively improve growth and regulate endocrine metabolism of AA broiler chickens.
