我国银行业混业经营模式的风险管理研究

摘　　要：在经济全球化的背景下,金融业的混业经营因其特有的优势已经成为国际金融业发展的主导趋势。通过对我国银行业混业经营的模式选择进行分析,就如何在金融控股公司模式下更好地对我国混业经营的风险管理提出几点建议。In the new period of socialism,with the change of economic condition,the request for business model and risk management of banking is also continually changing.While the mixed operation in the financial industry has become the main trend of international financial industry,actually commercial banks home also started various services besides banking.This paper presents the current situation of banking home and the analyses on the selection of mixed operation mode.Then,discusses the new problems brought by learning from mixed operation mode of financial holding company.At last,gives some advice for better risk management of the mixed operation in banking home under the financial holding company mode.
