摘　　要：观念和认识的误区、农村环保法制建设滞后、农村环境建设不协调等是贵州农村环境建设存在的主要问题。应从观念、政策、法制和农民生活模式等方面的转型、构建和完善入手,才能建立起贵州新农村建设中环境保护比较完整的对策体系。Rural environment of Guizhou,including ecological and cultural environment,has been damaged to varying degrees.to achieve new rural construction and environmental protection win-win situation in Guizhou,The depth study must be carried out from discovery of the problems to the construction of measures.The misunderstanding of the concept,the lag of the rural environmental protection legal system,and the lack of coordination of rural environment construction,these are major problems of rural environment in Guizhou.From concept,in particular focusing on policy,legal and construction and improvement of farmer lifestyle,a relatively complete countermeasure system for environmental protection can be established in new rural construction of Guizhou.
