摘　　要：伴随着科学证据在司法审判中地位的日益提升,关于如何采信科学证据的规则也越来越重要。美国科学证据规则经历了从弗赖伊标准到多波特标准的演变,在这个过程中,科学哲学从适用性、可靠性和有效性3个方面为其提供了理论基础,在最大程度上保证了科学证据规则发展方向的正确性。With the enhancement of status of scientific evidence in the judicial procedure,the principles concerning how to adopt scientific evidence are becoming increasingly important. In the evolution of the U.S. scientific evidence principle,from Frye Factor to Daubert Factor,scientific philosophy provides theory foundation for the U.S. principles of scientific evidence in the aspects of applicability,reliability and validity,and ensures its right development direction.
