摘　　要：系统、全面地分析比较了网上零售与传统零售模式中交易成本的构成、性质和数量。与传统零售模式相比,网上零售模式交易成本不仅数量上发生了较大的变化,而且还表现出独有的特性和规律。在交易成本总体下降的趋势下,部分交易环节却推升了交易成本,降低了交易效率,并就该问题提出对策建议。This paper analyzes and compares the transaction costs of online retail model with traditional retail model in composition,nature and quantity systematically and completely. Compared with the traditional retail model,the transaction costs of online retail model not only has great changes in number but also shows unique characteristics and regulations. However,in the overall downward trend of transaction costs,some steps have increased transaction costs and reduced efficiency. The study has put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the issue.
