拉伸基本要素与拉伸模半角关系的研究

摘　　要：介绍了金属线材拉伸过程的基本要素和拉伸模具的结构参数，通过对二者关系的研究，提出了合理的拉伸模半角．经生产实践表明，不仅提高了金属线材的表面质量，而且使拉伸模具的寿命提高９．８％．The stretch basic elements and stretching die semiangle are introduced. Throughstudy on relationship between them, a reasonable stretching die semiangle is put forward, whichhas been applied in production. Practical production results show that it improves the surfacequality, and increases the lifetime of the stretch die by 9.8 percent.
