含碳团矿盖碳保护直接还原的试验研究

摘　　要：在盖碳保护敞焰加热条件下，对含碳团矿进行试验研究，得到金属化率与加热时间、加热温度、料层厚度等参数间的定量关系，从而确定了球团还原时获得高金属化率的条件。Experimental studies on direct reduction of carbon contained pellets were performed under the carbon covered protective condition and open fired atmosphere.The quantitative relations between metallization and heating time,heating temperature,layer thickness have been discussed.The requirements that obtain high metallization in direct reduction products are defined.
