金栀水凝胶贴剂预防氟尿嘧啶所致静脉炎

摘　　要：目的探讨安全、有效防治化疗泵持续滴注氟尿嘧啶所致静脉炎的方法。方法将83例经化疗泵静脉持续滴注氟尿嘧啶的患者随机分为对照组40例、观察组43例。持续滴入氟尿嘧啶时观察组于静脉穿刺点上方1cm处外敷自制金栀水凝胶贴剂,对照组静脉穿刺点局部未作处理。结果观察组静脉炎程度及疼痛程度显著轻于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论金栀水凝胶贴剂使用方便安全,经皮给药效果佳,可显著减少化疗泵持续滴入氟尿嘧啶所致静脉炎的发生。Objective To explore an effective method for preventing phlebitis caused by infusion of 5-fluorouracil. Methods Totally, 83 patients receiving infusion of 5 fluorouracil by using pumps were randomized into a control group of 40 cases and an observation group of 43 cases. Subjects in the observation group were given homemade Jinzhi hydrogel patch for external use during infusion, while the control group did not employed preventive interventions. Results The incidence of phlebitis and the degree of pain in the observation group were significantly lower and less severe than those in the control group （P〈0.01 for both）. Conclusion The Jinzhi hydrogel patch can reduce phlebitis caused by infusion of 5- fluorouracil by using pumps. It is safe and convenient for use.
