摘　　要：城市快速路建设对机动车污染物排放量及扩散效果具有显著影响。为使城市快速路布局形式有助于降低与净化机动车污染物排放,在阐述城市快速路建设趋势及必要性的前提下,对城市快速路布局形式、机动车污染物的种类、产生机理等进行了研究,分析了城市快速路建设对污染物排放量及污染物扩散的影响方式与程度,提出城市快速路布局设计过程中应该充分考虑其对机动车污染物排放所具有的影响,将降低机动车污染物排放影响作为城市快速路网格局优化的目标条件之一。There is noticeable effect of the urban expressway construction on emission quantity and diffusion impact of motor vehicle pollutant. In order that makes expressway layout form to help to reduce and decontaminate pollutant emission of the motor vehicle, based on the construction trend and necessary of the urban expressway, layout form of the urban expressway, sorts of the motor vehicle pollutant and the principle of pollutant emission, etc. are researched, and effect ways and effect degree of the urban expressway construction on pollutant emission quantity and pollutant diffusion are analyzed. Based on the research and analysis as above mentioned, one of optimum objects of layout design for the urban expressway network is put forward, which decreases pollutant emission effect of the motor vehicle, must be considered sufficiently in layout design for the urban expressway.
