摘　　要：为贯彻落实地方与国家交通运输发展的一致性和同步性,探索瑞安综合交通运输系统发展战略,以交通运输与产业经济关系的探究为切入点,基于对产业发展现状的分析,结合社会经济与产业发展趋势的把握,提出瑞安综合交通运输系统的轴线布局和协调优化举措,为适应产业经济发展要求的、高效率现代化综合交通运输系统战略制定奠定坚实基础。To implement the local and national transportation development consistency and synchronized, and explore comprehensive transportation system development strategy of Rui＇an, as the starting point of relations between transportation and industrial economy, based on the analysis of the current development of the industry, combined with the social, economic and industrial development trends, Rui＇an made the axis of an integrated transportation system optimized layout and coordination of initiatives, in order to meet the requirements of the development of industrial economy, efficient modern integrated transportation system strategy lay solid foundation.
