活血利水法对外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变兔眼玻璃体TGF-β1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨活血利水法对外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)兔眼转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的影响。方法用兔眼后节穿通伤加注入血浆法制备PVR模型,利用免疫组化法对正常组、模型组、活血利水组、活血化瘀组、利水明目组PVR中的玻璃体腔增殖膜TGF-β1进行检测。结果活血利水组增殖膜中TGF-β1的阳性表达低于模型组、活血化瘀组和利水明目组的阳性表达,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血利水法能够降低PVR增殖膜中TGF-β1的阳性表达,抑制PVR的发生发展。Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Lishui therapy（HLT） on expression of transforming growth factor-β1（TGF-β1） in traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy（PVR）.Methods Experimental PVR models were induced by posterior penetrating eye injury and plateletrich plasma（PRP） to the central vitreous cavity,and positive expression of TGF-β1 in PVR was ex-amined with immunohistochemistry.Results Compared with other groups,the positive expression of TGF-β1 in HLT group was decreased（P0.05）.Concliusion HLT can decrease the positive expression of TGF-β1 of the proliferative membranes from the vitreous and inhibit the development of PVR.
