白花前胡和紫花前胡挥发油成分的分析

摘　　要：目的通过研究白花前胡和紫花前胡挥发油的化学成分,为前胡的鉴别与质量控制提供依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花前胡和紫花前胡中的挥发油,用GC-MS法对其成分进行鉴定。结果白花前胡和紫花前胡挥发油中各鉴定出50种成分,分别占挥发油总含量为85.4%和86.6%。从紫花前胡挥发油中检测出冰片基氯(1.45%),为白花前胡所不含有的成分。结论研究结果可作为白花前胡和紫花前胡的区分依据,并为前胡的质量控制提供实验数据。Objective To study the volatile oil components of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn.and Peucedanum decursivum（Miq.） Maxim for identification of radix peucedani.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by vapor-distillation from Peucedanum praeruptorum and Peucedanum decursivum and identified by GC-MS.Results The 50 compounds were detected respectively from Peucedanum praeruptorum.and Peucedanum decursivum,which was 85.4% and 86.6% of the total contents of the volatile oil.The Bornyl chloride was extracted from Peucedanum decursivum（Miq.） Maxim,but not from Peucedanum praeruptorum.Conclusion The results can be used as the basis of identification of Peucedanum praeruptorum and Peucedanum decursivum.
