摘  要:目的测定不同来源栀子中栀子苷含量。方法采用HPLC法。色谱柱:Agilent C18柱;流动相:甲醇-水(25∶75);柱温:30℃;检测波长:238 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样量:10μL。结果栀子苷在2.9~57.8μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),加样回收率99.58%,RSD为2.8%。湖南石门野生栀子的栀子苷含量高;储存期短的栀子中栀子苷含量较高;相同储存期栀子栽培品和野生品栀子苷含量接近。结论不同产地、品种、储存期栀子中栀子苷含量存在差异。Objective To determine the Geniposide contents in gardenia from different regions.Methods The HPLC method was applied with agilent C18 column of chromatographic column,methanol-water(25:75) of mobile phase,30 ℃ of column temperature,238 nm of detection wavelength,1 mL/min of flow rate and 10 μL of injection volume.Results Geniposide in the range of 2.9~ 57.8 μg showed the good linear relationship(r=0.999 5);the average recovery of Geniposide was 99.5.8% with RSD of 2.8%.there was the high content of Geniposide in wild gardenia from Shimen county,Hunan and in the short period of storage.Geniposide contents were same nearly between the cultivated and wild materials in same period of storage.Conclusion The contents of Geniposide are not same owing to different regions,resources and storage periods of Gardenia.
