益气活血冲剂治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气活血冲剂治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的临床疗效和安全性。方法将125例弥漫性轴索损伤患者随机分为益气活血冲剂治疗组和西药常规治疗对照组进行对比研究。观察治疗期间不同时期GCS评分的变化及治疗结束后及康复期GOS评分。结果益气活血冲剂治疗组和对照组GCS评分在治疗第3天和第9天比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),9 d内死亡率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后和3个月后随访,GOS评分治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组死亡7例(11.1%),对照组死亡16例(25.8%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期应用益气活血冲剂能明显降低弥漫性轴索损伤患者死亡率,改善预后,治疗过程中未见明显的毒副作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect and medication safety of Yiqi Huox-ue granules on diffuse axonal.Method 125 patients with diffuse axonal injury were divided randomly into treatment group treated with Yiqi Huoxue granules and control group with west-ern medicine to observe the GCS scores during the different stage of treatment and GCS after treatment and in convalescent stage.Results The differences of GCS scores were not significant between the groups at 3rd and 9th day in treatment（P0.05）,the differences of mortality rate were not significant in the first 9 days.The GCS scores after treatment and in 3 months in treatment group were better than that in control group（P0.05）.The mortality rate in treat-ment group was 7/63（11.1%） and 16/62（25.8%） in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The Yiqi Huoxue granules used in early stage can lower obviously the mortality rate and improve the prognosis for patients with diffuse axonal injury.
