摘 要:研究利用10对SRAP引物对粤东地区主要栽培的10个果梅品种进行了指纹图谱构建。结果表明,各对引物扩增出5~15条清晰的条带,其中多态性条带数为4~10条,多态性条带百分率为50%~100%。10对引物组合共扩增出87个清晰的条带,其中61个为多态性条带,平均多态性条带百分率为70.11%;利用引物对M2-E3和M5-E2的扩增产物电泳图为基础构建的指纹图谱可以鉴定出10个果梅品种。The fingerprint of 10 main sour plum cultivation varieties in the eastern of Guangdong province was established by using 10 pairs of SRAP primers.The results showed that 5~15 bands were clearly amplified from each pairs of primer,of which,4~10 bands were of polymorphism and the percentage of primers with polymorphism was from 50% to 100%.Total 87 bands were clearly amplified from 10 pairs of primers and the average percentage of polymorphic bands was 70.11%.10 sour plum varieties can be identified by using the fingerprints established on the electrophoresis map of products amplified by primer pairs of M2-E3 and M5-E2.
