摘 要:为全面了解高铁胁迫下植物生理效应的变化机理,采用盆施固体FeSO4的方法,研究了不同Fe2+浓度对大白杜鹃生理效应的影响。结果表明:高Fe2+胁迫使大白杜鹃叶片质膜透性(MP)增强,丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)的含量增加,老叶的MP强于新叶,MDA含量大于新叶;新叶与老叶中过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ASP)活性呈现不同的变化规律,三者相互协调,对大白杜鹃叶片起保护作用。新叶与老叶对高铁胁迫反应存在差异,老叶的POD、CAT和ASP活性大于新叶。The pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different Fe2+ stress on physiological parameters of Rhododendron decorum.The results showed that high Fe2+ stress increased membrane permeability(MP),MDA and Pro content of Rhododendron decorum leaves,MP and MDA content of old leaves were higher than those of new leaves,the activity of POD,CAT and ASP of old and new leaves showed different change regulation and their harmoniousness protected leaf growth of Rhododendron decorum.There was difference in reaction of high Fe2 + stress between old and new leaves,and the activity of POD,CAT and ASP of old leaves were higher than new leaves.
