摘　　要：鸡金黄色葡萄球菌是鸡病的重要传染源之一,且随着抗生素的长期过量使用,葡萄球菌的耐药性不断被强化,耐药菌株增多,对抗生素的敏感性降低。通过药敏纸片扩散法检测鸡金黄色葡萄球菌对21种常用抗菌药物的敏感性,结果表明:对该菌株极敏的有头孢氨苄、先锋霉素V和硫酸新霉素3种,高敏的有青霉素G、林可霉素、恩诺沙星、强力霉素和痢特灵5种,对其他13种抗生素表现为中低敏或耐药。Staphylococcus aureus is one of important infection sources in chicken diseases.As a long-term excessive use of antibiotics,the drug-resistance of Staphylococcus aureus is constantly strengthened,the drug resistant strains increase and the sensitivity of antibiotics reduces.The results from study the sensitivity of a Staphylococcus aureus strain isolated from a chicken farm against 21 common antimicrobial drugs by disk diffusion method showed that three drugs of Cefalexin,Cephalothin V and Neomycin Sulfate were very sensitive to the Staphylococcus aureus strain,five drugs of Penicillin G,Lincomycin,Enrofloxacin,Doxycycline and Furazolidone were high sensitive to the Staphylococcus aureus strain,and other 13 tested antimicrobial drugs were low sensitive or tolerance to the Staphylococcus aureus strain.
