摘  要:为了解贵州优质加工辣椒果实对养分的需求情况,进行了贵州不同加工辣椒主要矿质营养形成规律的研究。结果表明,各品种果肉中N含量变化大于胎座和种子,果实发育前期各部位N含量整体呈下降趋势,后期N含量趋于平稳;P含量各品种种子中高于果肉和胎座,不同时期果肉和胎座P含量变化趋势基本一致,果实生长中后期上升到较高的水平;K含量胎座的最高,其次是果肉,种子最低。The formation regulation of main mineral nutrients of different pepper varieties for processing was studied to meet the nutrient needs of quality pepper fruits for processing in Guizhou.The results showed that the change of N content in flesh of tested pepper varieties was greater than placentas and seeds,the N content in all parts of fruits declined at early fruit development stage and was stable at late fruit development stage,the P content in seeds of different pepper varieties were higher than flesh and placentas,the change of P content in flesh and placentas was the similar at different fruit development stages and the P content in flesh and placentas rose to the higher level,the K content in placentas was the highest,followed by flesh and seeds.
