激动素预处理对香石竹切花保鲜生理效应的影响

摘　　要：为了对香石竹切花的保鲜提供理论依据,初步研究了含激动素(KT)的预处液结合含硫酸铝的瓶插液对香石竹切花生理生化的影响。结果表明,激动素预处理配合Al3+瓶插可改善香石竹切花体内水分平衡,增加切花的鲜重,增大花径,推迟切花达到最大花径的时间,延缓可溶性蛋白质和糖含量下降,提高SOD、CAT和POD活性,降低O2-生成速率,延长切花瓶插寿命。The carnation cut-flowers were pretreated with KT to study the effect of KT on physiology and biochemistry of carnation cut-flowers in the solution with aluminum sulfate.The results showed that KT pretreatment with Al3＋ solution could improve water balance in cut-flowers,raise its fresh weight and flower diameter,prolong time to reach maximum flower diameter,delay degradation of protein and soluble sugar content,increase activity of SOD,CAT and POD,reduce O-2formation speed,and extend vase-holding life.
