摘 要:为生产提供优质的非洲菊种苗,以非洲菊桔红品种大零88和红色品种热带草原的幼蕾为外植体,选用MS为基本培养基,附加激素6-BA、KT和NAA,研究了不同激素浓度组合对外植体不定芽分化、增殖培养和生根培养的影响。结果表明:诱导芽分化时,大零88以MS+6-BA6 mg/L+KT 4 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L的效果最佳;热带草原以MS+6-BA9 mg/L+KT 4 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L的效果最佳。增殖培养中,大零88以MS+6-BA0.3~0.5 mg/L+KT0.2~0.4 mg/L+NAA0.01~0.05 mg/L为佳;热带草原以MS+6-BA0.2~0.4 mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L为佳。生根培养大零88以MS+NAA0.4 mg/L+IAA0.1 mg/L的生根率达100%,热带草原以MS+NAA0.3~0.4 mg/L+IAA0.1~0.2 mg/L的生根培养基最好。The young buds of Daling 88 and Tropical plain(two Gerbera jamesonii cultivars) were cultured on MS with different combination of 6-BA,KT and NAA to study effects of different hormone combination on its adventitious bud differentiation,multiplication and rooting for produce a large number of quality seedlings.The results showed that the optimum media for adventitious bud differentiation of Daling 88 and Tropical plain were MS+6mg/L 6-BA+4mg/L KT+0.1mg/L NAA and MS+9mg/L 6-BA +4mg/L KT +0.1mg/L NAA,the optimum media for multiplication culture of Daling 88 and Tropical plain were MS+0.3~0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.2~0.4mg/L KT+0.01~0.05mg/L NAA and MS+0.2~0.4mg/L 6-BA +0.01mg/L NAA,and the optimum media for bud rooting of Daling 88 and Tropical plain were MS+0.4mg/L NAA + 0.1mg/L IAA and MS +0.3~0.4mg/L NAA + 0.1~0.2mg/L IAA respectively.
