摘　　要：白银首饰的制作工艺是苗族非物质文化的标志性项目。国内外对传承和保护此项工艺呼声很高,但提出的保护对策却常常照搬国外的做法。通过对控拜村的田野调查获知,苗族的此项传统工艺本身是多元文化互动运行的产物,也是特定时代背景的产物,但苗族文化在其中始终发挥着关键性的作用。与此同时,此项工艺随着时间和环境的剧变,从业人员及其从业方式都发生了显著的变化,变化的结果具有多重性。只要能够放大有利的一面,抑制不利的一面,此项传统工艺的保护工作就可以做得十分理想,关键是要尊重从业人员的主体地位。但也要引导他们顺应市场的变化,适应社会环境的变迁,紧扣时代的变化。Silver jewelry production process is a landmark project of Miao intangible culture.Home and abroad have strong demands to protect this technology,but the proposed protection measures are often copied the abroad.Survrey in the Kongbai Mao village shows the Miao＇s traditional technology in itself is not only a product of multi-cultural interaction,also the product of a particular background,but the Mao culture has always played a key role.At the same time,with time and environment Change,employees and the way practitioners have undergone significant changes,and the result shows multiplicity.As Long as we enlarge the positive side,inhibit the negative side,the protection of traditional technology can be done very well.The key is to respect the principal position of employees.But the need is to guide them to adapt to the changes of the market,the environment,the age.
