皮肤清洁在中频药透护理技术中的应用及观察

摘　　要：目的:建立腰椎间盘突出症中频药透护理技术规范性程序。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均以推拿治疗为基础,治疗组配合规范的中频药透程序治疗,建立有效的皮肤清洁步骤,对照组配合常规的中频药透程序治疗,没有皮肤清洁步骤;观察两组患者0swestry腰痛评估表、Roland-Morris腰痛评估表、疼痛视觉模拟标尺评估表评分的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者以上量表评分均下降(P<0.01);治疗组对以上量表评分及临床疗效的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:建立有效皮肤清洁步骤的中频药透程序治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效较常规程序明显提高。中频药透护理技术规范性程序是一套治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全有效的辅助手段。Objective： To establish the standard procedure of medium frequency drug penetration for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods： 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into treatment group and control group.All of them were treated with Tuina and medium frequency drug penetration.The patients of treatment group were given effective skin cleansing.Then the patients were surveyed by Oswestry Disability Questionnaire,Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire and Visual Analogue Scale.Results： The scores of these three scales decreased in both two groups after the treatment（P0.01）,but the decrease in the scores and the improvement of the clinical effect in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： It is better that the clinical effect of the medium frequency drug penetration with skin cleansing than that of convention procedure for lumbar disc herniation.
