摘  要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)技术对于头颈部血管病变的诊断价值。方法:100例疑似头颈部血管病变的患者行64层CT血管成像,且应用同步减影技术(ssCTA)。扫描数据在AW4.3后处理工作站上使用各种不同技术进行后处理。结果:100例患者的双侧颈总动脉、颈内动脉、椎动脉、大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉、大脑后动脉及Willis环均能显示,共检出狭窄142段,闭塞26段,动脉瘤11例,血管起点变异15例,血管正常患者17例。结论:64层螺旋CT血管成像技术应用于临床初步诊断,并且头颈部CTA能够成为头颈部血管疾病的首要检查及主要筛选方法。Objective:To explore the technology of 64 multi-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) in the cerebral and carotid artery diseases. Methods: 64 MSCTA of cerebral and carotid was performed in 100 paients with suspected cerebral and carotid artery diseases, and synchronous subtraction CTA(ssCTA)technology was used in the scanning. The scanning data were used various reconstruction methods in GE advantage workstation 4.3. Results: In all 100 cases, internal carotid artery, vertebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery,posterior cerebral artery and Willis circle were displayed clearly. There were 142 arterial segments with stenosis and 26 segments with obliterations. Eleven cases with artery aneurysms, 15 cases with origin abnormal and 17 normal were detected. Conclusion= The technology of 64 multi-slice spiral CTA can be used in the clinical tentative diagnosis,the CTA can become the first medical examination and the main screening method in the cerebral and carotid artery diseases.
