摘　　要：在对施工生产安全监理的职责与职权进行总结阐述的基础上,论述了施工生产安全监理的原则及应注意的事项,并就如何规避安全监理责任风险进行了探讨。A summarization was made on the responsibilities and rights of a construction safety supervisor,based on which the author discussed the principles of construction safety supervision,the issues in need of special attention of a supervisor,and how to avoid safety supervision risk.
