腭裂修复术前后听力阈值比较

摘　　要：目的:比较腭裂患儿修复术前后听力阈值变化以了解腭裂术后听力恢复情况。方法:检测24例腭裂患儿修复术前后48耳听力阈值,自身对照,x^2检验。结果:腭裂患儿行腭裂修补术前听力异常发生率93.8%,术后复查听力异常发生率为43.8%,差异极显著,P<0.005。术前异常45耳。结论:早期行腭裂修补术对患儿听力的恢复和改善有明显效果。Objective To investigate the change of the hearing threshold in patients with cleft palate before and after prothesis. Methods：Twenty - four patients with cleft palates were examined in hearing threshold before and after prothesis. The results were compared with x^2 test. Results The rate of hearing lost before prothesis was 93.8% （45/48） ,and 43.8% after prothesis （p 〈 0. 005）. Conclusion： The early repairment of cleft palate faciliates the improvment of hearing threshold in patients with cleft palate
