摘　　要：装备动员建设,是部队履行新使命装备建设的重要组成部分。装备动员具有“平时应急、战时应战”的功能,也是其建设的重要方向。装备动员工作是“军民融合”式装备保障的重要内容,要立足现有条件,改善装备物资器材的储备格局,以提高保障的机动能力和快速反应能力。要从组织体系、运行机制、装备动员的信息系统开发与运用等方面完善装备动员的管理体制。The construction of equipment mobilization is a required element of equipment construct for carrying out new mission.Meeting emergency in peacetime and going into battle in wartime is one of functions for equipment mobilization as well as the crucial building direction.Equipment mobilization is a vital part of civil-military integration support for equipment support.In term of the existing condition,repertory layout for equipment and material should be ameliorated,so as to increase movement and reactivity capacity.The administration systems of equipment mobilization should be perfected from organizing system,implementing mechanism,and the exploitation and exertion for information systems.
