摘　　要：规范装备合同的解除工作,有利于军方和承制单位正确行使合法权利,保护双方的合法权益,提高装备合同管理效益。从法律的视角分析了装备合同解除的概念、适用条件、程序、效力,并提出装备合同解除过程应注意的相关问题。Doing a good job of canceling the contract is helpful for the military and company to exercise the legitimate rights,to protect their respective legitimate interests and raise the benefit of management of equipment contract.From the legal perspective,the paper analyzes the concept,types,application,procedure and effectiveness of canceling the equipment contract.Besides that,it puts forward the related issues which should pay attention in the course of canceling the equipment contract.
