三级维修机构保障的设备可用度模型

摘　　要：针对实行三级机构保障的复杂设备,通过分析设备的使用、修理流程,给出了设备使用与修理状态转移图,建立了在设备的一个更新周期内,维修间隔期与可用度关系模型,并结合实例,说明了模型的适用性与灵敏性。Targeting at the complex equipment guaranteed by three-levels institution,the paper presents a switching chart of equipment application and repair condition transformation by analyzing equipment application and repair flowing procedure.The paper also establishes the connection model between maintenance interval period and availability in a updating cycle,and also gives an application case,in which the applicability and sensitivity of the model are proved.
