摘　　要：运用熵评价理论,从信息流的角度去定量评价部队指挥体制组织结构的有序度,建立了相应拓扑结构的时效和质量结构熵模型,给出了详细的评价步骤,并根据实例（部队指挥体制组织结构）的拓扑结构图进行了计算和评价。By applying the theory of entropy,from the point of view of information flew,the paper makes a quantitive evaluation about the order degree of military command organization system（MCOS）,and it also builds topological structure entropy model related to time-effect and quality.The detailed steps for evaluation is presented.According to the model,a specific model is evaluated and the result shows the practicability and validity.
