摘　　要：随着市场环境的持续变化和货物运输业竞争的日趋激烈,铁路货运业拓展为现代综合物流服务企业已成为必然趋势.采用SWOT战略分析方法,建立了我国铁路货运物流化的SWOT模型;分析了我国铁路货运物流化的内部优势、内部劣势、外部机会及外部威胁;并通过算例分析,得出了我国铁路货运物流化的发展正处于机会型条件下,应该采取开拓型战略的结论,为相关部门改革铁路货运体制提供了参考依据.With the continuous changes of market environment and the increasingly fierce competition in the freight transportation,the development of railway freight industry to modern logistics service enterprise has become an inevitable trend.Based on the SWOT analysis method,SWOT model about railway freight logistics has be built,analysing strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the railway freight logistics;and through the example analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the railway freight logistics development in our country should adopt the exploiting strategy,as it is under the condition of opportunity.This can provide the reference for the relevant department to reform the railway freight transportation system.
