摘 要:提出了基于二极管箝位型三电平电压源变流器的同相供电综合潮流控制器方案.综合潮流控制器(CPFC)装置主要由两个背靠背的单相二极管箝位型三电平电压源变流器构成,主要用于传递有功功率、补偿无功功率及谐波,使得牵引供电系统相对电力系统而言,是一个三相对称纯阻性网络.分析了三电平电压源变流器的主电路结构,提出了三电平载波PWM电流控制和电容中点电压平衡控制策略.Matlab/Simulink仿真结果,验证了该方案的正确性.A novel scheme of Comprehensive Power Flow Controller(CPFC) based on diode-clamped three-level converter for cophase traction power supply system is proposed.Consisted of two single-phase diode-clamped three level VSC converters,the CPFC can transfer the active power,compensate the reactive power and harmonic current simultaneously.Viewed from the inside of electric traction power supply system,the single-phase inductive load acts as a symmetrical pure resistant load.The main circuit of three level VSC is analyzed.A three level carrier based PWM current control and neutral point voltage control strategy are proposed.Software simulation result of the system with a load locomotive is presented to verify the system's feasibility.
