摘　　要：本文介绍华南农业大学以现代实验室的管理理念管理实验室,构建校、院两级实验共用平台,建立实验教学与实验室管理一体化的管理运行机制,使教育装备实现统管共用;以及运用市场经济机制,对大型仪器、教学科研办公用地、用房等实施量化管理,开创资产管理新局面的探索与实践以及取得的成效。The present article introduces South China agriculture university＇ s exploration and success of assets management by means of the following measures： using up-to-date management principles to manage laboratories： constructing joint experimental platform at university and integrates experimental teaching and laboratory management college level~ establishing management mechanism that so as to realize unified management and shared use of teaching equipments： applying market mechanism to quantitative management of large instruments and properties for teaching and research.
