摘　　要：变动过快的民族结构、发展失衡的区域结构、差距拉大的城乡结构、改善有限的就业结构、发展滞后的职业结构,是"两欠"贵州社会结构变迁的本土化特征,表明当前我省社会结构发展尚处在传统型向现代型转变的过渡期,要实现现代社会结构的发展目标,还需走相当漫长的路。The nationality structure of overquick alteration,regional structure of unbalanced develop ment,city and countryside structure of big difference,occupational structure of limited improvement and the professional structure of lag development are the localized features of social structure changes of the two-deficiency Guizhou,and they show that the current social structure development of Guizhou province is still in transition period for changing from traditional type to the modern type,and it would be a long way for re alizing the modern social structure development target.
