摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞肝癌（HCC）组织中Livin和Bcl-2蛋白的表达以及其相关性．方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测40例HCC组织、20例癌旁组织和15例正常肝组织中lfvin和Bcl-2蛋白的表达情况.结果与非肝癌组织比较，HCC组织中Livin阳性率较高（P〈0．01）。与非肝癌组织比较，HCC组织中Bcl-2蛋白阳性率较高（P〈0．01）。Livin和Bcl-2蛋白的表达均与HCC组织的分化程度无关（P〉0．05）。HCC组织中Livin和Bcl-2蛋白的表达中度相关（r=0．38，P=0．02）。结论Livin和Bcl-2蛋白在原发性肝癌的发生中具有重要的协同作用.Objective To investigate the expression of Livin and Bcl - 2 and the interrelation of Livin and Bcl - 2 in hepatocellular car- cinoma （HCC）tissue. Methods The expression of Livin and Bel -2 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method in 40 samples of HCC, 20 sampies of para - carcinoma tissue and 15 samples of normal liver tissue. Results Compared with those of non - HCC tissues, the positive rate of Livin in HCC tissue was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with those of non - HCC tissues, the positive rate of Bcl - 2 in HCC tissue was significantly higher（ P 〈 0. 01 ） too. Both the expression of Livin and Bcl - 2 had no signific - ant correlation in the different degree of HCC （P〉0. 05）. Livin protein expression was moderate correlated with Bcl -2 protein expression in HCC （ r =0. 38,P =0. 02）. Conclusion Livin and Bcl- 2 proteins may plav iruDortant roles in the HCC.
