摘　　要：目的探讨严密观察和精心护理在肾损伤保守治疗过程中的重要作用。方法对37例肾损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例患者在保守治疗过程中经严密观察和精心护理，疗效满意，痊愈出院。结论肾损伤保守非手术治疗过程中，加强肾损伤的观察和护理对肾组织的修复是非常重要的。Objective To explore the role that close observation and meticulous care in the conservative treatment of renal injury. Methods Retrospective study on the clinical data of 37 patients suffered from renal injury. Results After close observation and meticulous care ,32 patients in conservative treatment had satisfactory efficacy and discharged. Conclusion It is important that strengthen the observation and care to conservative non - surgical treatment of patients suffered from renal injury.
